But, this is not the amount that will necessarily
be collected. Some of these funds will go into the
"Unclaimed Prize Fund" and will never be
returned to players.

Because the TLC "over-estimated" the jackpot amount ($4M),
the 6 of 6 winner will receive the "investment cost" as it is
greater than the amount in the "prize pool." This means the
TLC will overpay this winner by $990,673. The game is NOT
really "pari-mutuel" like they advertise. The good news
is, this time they've only hurt themselves. If the games were
"really" pari-mutuel, then it would be "fair" to all parties
and no one would lose money. But, instead of being fair,
the TLC opts to guarantee players can NOT win by simply
changing the rules to add more balls so players can't win.
